  • Why I can’t access my profile: If you lost your password, click on “Cant access your account” link available top-right corner of the website. You will be prompted to enter Saudi ID and Email address you provided on registration/application form. Website will send email to the email address entered at application page. This email will have login details.
  • Why I am unable to submit my application: If you enter incorrect data in application page, system will not allow you to click “Submit” button. Red colour “*” mark will appear near to the incorrect data field. You must provide valid data in order to complete your application
  • I clicked on Submit button many times, but nothing happened: If you enter incorrect data in application page, system will not allow you to click “Submit” button. Red colour “*” mark will appear near to the incorrect data field. You must provide valid data in order to complete your application.
  • Why I didn’t received email confirmation: Please make sure that you enter correct email address in online application page. You can verify your data by login back using your email address and password. Your email sometimes goes to Junk folder or Spam folder due to the setting of your email server.
  • When can I upload/submit my certificate: CVs and Certificates is not needed with the registration, shortlisted candidates need to bring their original certificates at the time of interview. University will communicate with shortlisted candidates through email and or mobile to inform interview details.
  • How can I update my data:You can update your data by login back to the website using email address and password you provided at the time of application submission
